[It stays dark inside while Teo debates what to do, and when he knocks, there isn't an immediate response.]

[But eventually there's the faint sounds of movement, and... the door doesn't open.]

[His voice is a little strained, like he tried to raise it to be heard through the door but couldn't quite manage it.]

[He doesn't get a response, but he's free to go, as Faust doesn't intend to leave the windmill until after sunrise. He can just read until then... and then maybe he'll head out to more seriously consider staying in the house on Sheep Island. It has more space than he needs, but no one else has taken up residence there yet, and it's on another island entirely so it's less likely anyone will be around to see it if his dreams overflow...]
